Take Action!

Help us protect our care at the federal level, now and always.

There's a new repeal plan that some Republicans are pushing.

This plan is very similar to the Graham-Cassidy repeal bill that was defeated last September. The Graham-Cassidy bill was estimated to leave 32 million more people uninsured. It would gut Medicaid by $6-700 billion, ending Medicaid expansion that covers 400,000 Coloradans and leading to cuts in care for seniors, children and people with disabilities. It would undermine protections for people with pre-existing conditions and resurrect the devastating cuts in coverage and benefits the American public and Congress have already rejected. This plan would disproportionately harm states like Colorado that have worked hard to get as many people covered as possible.

We need health care solutions, not cuts and attacks that make coverage unaffordable and leave millions without the health care they need.

We urge you to call your U.S. Representative and our state’s Senators and tell them to focus on policies that will improve Coloradans access to health care, not ideas that will result in fewer Coloradans getting the health care they need. We need more stable and consistent funding for our community health centers and Medicaid program, not threats to access.
